we are
We’re Charly & Ben — two friends with a love for good food, good vibes, and a little New York energy in the heart of Frankfurt. ✨
Our journey started with a craving for the kind of bagels we fell in love with while traveling — and the dream of bringing that feeling back home. So we started baking our own: fresh every day, from scratch. We make our own cream cheeses, smoke our salmon in-house, and come up with new drinks and matcha creations just because we love to keep things fun and fresh.
